Interactive Reports

Online access to survey reports and air test certificates is a useful facility, but only goes so far when specific information from within the report is required. The ASK web portal addresses this client need by offering interactive options and tools alongside the standard static reports.

Opening the survey reports in interactive mode exposes the live information from within the report in an expandable arrangement.

• building-by-building,
• floor-by-floor,
• room-by-room.

With the required area expanded, an overview of items within that area are presented to the user with distinctive colour coding for quick identification.

ASK web portal aims to bring as much of the ASK experience out to the end user as possible.

A tailored version of the appointments diary allows clients and customers to see, at a glance, which of their sites and properties are scheduled for visits or inspections over the coming weeks and months, without the need for calls to the office.

The same powerful search and filter tools that are common throughout ASK are available to allow the end user to find the specific information they require quickly and easily via familiar tools and functions.

Quotes and Invoices

Along with appointments integration, the ASK web portal also offers online quote and invoice access for customers and clients.

As soon as a quote or invoice is produced within the office, it is automatically available through the web portal to the client.

Past quotations and invoices are also retained on the portal as a place of reference for the client.
